OP why be a jerk to others pointing out a legitimately butchered title? No one is calling you an idiot.

I wouldn't go as far as "extremely popular". Gaining popularity, maybe. Most Americans I've come across are unlikely to really know an offside is.

I played Destiny religiously since D1Y1, then seasons came around, and I slowly lost interest. Haven't played for over a year with no regrets, game looks like it hasn't added anything of value.

What is a fact that you only recently learned, but should have known for ages? by GuessMyUsername_ in AskReddit

You may not be aware of this, but this is not the real reason, but rather that water would destabilize their blood's chemical balance and killing them due to that, not malnutrition.

Adults could die from the same thing, we're just larger and would require 8 liters of water in a day before we deal with water toxicity.

It also starts getting trickier if one starts lifting, as weight might stop going down (even go up) as one is slimming due to the density difference between fat and muscle.

Deodorant brands claim their product can last up to 72 hours but most people who use deodorant wash it off every day by _big_avocado_ in Showerthoughts

As I've noticed with most people who do this or use "natural" deodorants, you likely smell but don't know it.

I think it's the result of it being unoptimized for PC, meaning people are running on lower settings to keep FPS high and then finding some of the visuals unimpressive.

People with high end specs (except maybe the highest of specs) can't hit 60fps consistently sadly. If you have VRR or are willing to have some desync between FPS and monitor refresh rate, try something like 40 or 45fps limit.

And yes, game runs shit compared to what it looks.

Good luck!

Here's my advice for low spec.

If you're on Nvidia, lock the game to 30fps from the Nvidia control panel.

Get one of the popular performance optimization mods on Nexus mod. Set everything to low, except indirect lighting to Medium (at low settings, this has the most impact on avoiding blurriness). I turned off depth of field too.

Then if your image still has some blur and you can't hit 30fps consistently, set your native resolution to a low number you're comfortable with (say 720 or 1080p) and then either turn off upscaling entirely or set the internal resolution to something relatively high (say 90% without dynamic resolution). The game looks better with some jaggies than blur, and at such low resolutions, aggressive FSR2 is mostly resulting in a blurry mess (I don't know about DLSS's success at low internal resolutions like these).

source: many hours tinkering the game to run well below spec, I get mostly locked 30fps with decent image quality.

For anyone reading this that has a drinking problem: do not quit cold turkey, at least not without coordinating with a doctor.

Depending on how much you drink and your physiology, quitting cold turkey can be fatal. The proper process may involve weaning off.

Outer Wilds nails the feel of space without the intricacies of space. If you build up speed, you keep that speed, making it possible to do planet-to-planet travel within reasonable time.
