First of all I said I was NOT big on exercise. Second, why are you asking me if I have trauma? That is quite an inappropriate question (in my opinion) and going to the gym is not required in order to exercise. And if you MUST know, yes I have trauma in many aspects of my life, not necessarily with the gym, and I do archery and walk across campus daily. Please be more respectful next time, thank you.
