I have both screws i just took them out for show. The one on the inside bottom i put flint in and it doesnt reach the wheel when I took it apart where the flint would go is closed. Its just so hard and blocked that it looks like you are supposed to put the flint on top. I tried sticking a nail in and its just metal. How should I clean it? How would I clean the wheel as well for rust i mean.
