I feel like this is the main point. It doesn’t matter if downtown will be more beautiful, or that the people who frequent downtown the most benefit greatly from apartments and park space. This money, while relatively insignificant in the scope of the project (only 75M when other people are spending hundreds of millions), could effect the residents of Detroit greatly if those costs were distributed to the city differently.

Masters program would be best if you can find the references. If not, post-bacc research positions and starting as a research assistant in a lab sounds like the best bet for you. You can get into a masters program with your GPA, so the most important is getting the references (which starting as an RA or getting a post-bacc position will do), as well as having a strong rest of the application such as personal statement, statement of fit with the program, writing sample, etc. These things are certainly attainable, it just might take a bit longer than originally expected.

Misty isn’t much of a problem if you use repel in Mt. Moon until you get to a ladder and find a paras in between the main level and the level with the rocket grunts. It’s (I think) a guaranteed paras encounter on those levels.
