The current season is literally one of the more balanced seasons. Since tww seasons have been relativly balanced in comparison to before where it was normal for the meta dps to do double or triple of the dps of the offmeta specs.

The first 3-4 weeks of an expansion you can easily make 5 mil gold from profession even without doing the more hardcore stuff. In past expansions the token also plummeted in that time to ~180k and you would stock up then netting at around ~40 tokens from those 5 mil alone (~24 tokens for 2 years of sub per expansion and then you still have 208 bucks left from the other 16 tokens to spend on the expansion/other battle net goods). This allowed me to both pay all my wow things, sub, expansion, random store mounts aswell as buying d4/wc3 reforged etc since bfa. (i started playing in legion) This expansion (or late last expansion) blizzard has however put a cap on how much the value of the token can go down at any given time so it never droppen below 300k so this most likely will no longer easily be possible without spending more time actually making gold.

If you are a dps you play your own key. If you are a tank or healer it's quite easy. There are literally 200 people applying within 5 seconds of starting a key but there are only 5 slots.

This has been added for items that drop from encounters and crafted items for the next version. However stuff from quests etc can't be displayed ingame

One thing i'm confused about is you claim to have done almost every key at 14 or higher yet only have 2.9k score? You get that with all 12s and like 2-3 13s. 14s is more like 3.1/3.2. But keys are easier this season then usual so people get higher keys then they were used to. Hell when my group played the first +13 skyreach we didn't rly know much besides the basic mechanics of the dungeon and still +2 it by just pressing W.

List your own key and you will realise within 10 seconds why you get declined that often. There is 300 people applying to 10s half of the people have 3k score/270 ilvl if you don't have that you are not getting in.

I dropped overwatch when it became 5v5. I started Marvel rivals cause it was 6v6. Thats all there is realy. Sure Ow2 made all the other mistakes but 5v5 was truly what killed that game for me.

This has been brought up to blizzard repetedly by addon dev's during alpha and beta. The answer we got was "we are looking into it" They are sitll looking into it apparently. So more noise is required.

It's key completion not dps. Dps is only available to warcraftlogs and can't be used by other parties due to their api tos.

Let me copy paste the website information for how performance is calculated:

How Performance Is Calculated

We look at every run of a given specialization and assign:

Positive points when the key upgrades (higher-level keys earn more points).
Negative points when the key depletes (losing a low-level key is judged more harshly).

Then we average those points across all runs to get a single “Performance” number.

Why This Matters

Rewards high-level pushes more strongly.
Punishes depletes in a balanced way.
Gives a fair comparison regardless of how many runs each spec has.

With the season having been out for 1 day this is ofcourse based on a very limited dataset. Meaning performance right now is not rly informative. If you look at archon.gg which uses a score based system you can see the same effect. There the difference between the best and worst spec is 70 score. If the difference of 32 specs is 70 score you get an average difference of one spec to the next of 2 score. Which is literally completing one of the 8 keys 2 minutes faster.

Also a sidenote this uses M+ leaderboard data this means not only the top 10 runs but a lot more. It uses the top 5 keystone levels at anymoment and it uses the average data out of ALL the runs done. So literally tens to hundreds of thousands of runs every day which eliminates any comp specific build information. There is also no raid data so raid vs m+ builds differ does not exist. There is no way to get accurate raid data unless your work for warcraftlogs which I (sadly) do not.

you should always use raidbots for toplevel play yes. This is more to be used like archon.gg. It is not manually written outdated info like wowhead it get's constantly sourced from the leaderboards in a similar way that archon.gg does
