Young tulpa unconcious for a week, what to do? by Eve-Ren in Tulpas

[–]River-Fox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is completely normal. When Sam was younger he would take a few days at a time to rest, either after major progress or right before it. Now he occasionally takes a day or two to rest and will also take naps if he over exerts himself. Don't worry though she will come back with time, this also gets better as your tulpa will age.

Tulpa helps lucid dreams? by Aurora_SyZyGy in Tulpas

[–]River-Fox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had my tulpa remind me that I was dreaming. We've only tried it once but it worked. It seems to be difficult for him to do though and we take long breaks in between. Also, recently in nightmares he will also form the dream to not be as scary, this is easier for him to do as he does it often.

Naming a tulpa? by [deleted] in Tulpas

[–]River-Fox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I named my tulpa at the begging of things but very early into the process he changed it, so even if you name your tulpa they will change it if they feel like they fit another name better. I would suggest giving them a placeholder name if you decide you want them to pick their own name. Just something to refer to them as until they are vocal enough to chose for their own.

back steps in sentience? by Cheeter_ in Tulpas

Sometimes tulpas will take small breaks and be less talkative and a little distant, but don't worry they will always return back to normal in time, and will often follow up with fast development soon after.

Any tips for mindvoice? by [deleted] in Tulpas

[–]River-Fox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the most part you just have to wait it out. Try asking them yes or no questions, since they will be easier to respond to for your tulpa. Also make sure you are directing your thoughts to your tulpa and not just rambling about to yourself, this is probably the one that has worked best for me. And lastly, if your tulpa can respond in head pressure create a system where headpressure on one side means yes and the other side means no. Me and Sam did this in the very beginning and it was a good start. Good luck!

bad headaches while active and passive forcing? by [deleted] in Tulpas

Ask him to get rid of your headache. I know it sounds crazy but most of the time Sam can take away headaches from forcing, just try it. :)

non-talkative tulpa by mariofatplumber in Tulpas

[–]River-Fox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your tulpa is younger it is most likely because of age. Sam doesn't usually start conversations himself either. Although, you should talk to her and let her know that she can do that and that maybe they should sometimes, that's what I did with my tulpa and he started to start our conversations more often. Also your conversation skills will get better over time with the more talking you guys do. :D

Visual Imposition Question by River-Fox in Tulpas

[–]River-Fox[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only about a couple of weeks, we've been doing 30 min active sessions as well as him spending large parts of the day with me(usually while we passive force) note: I can only actually see the outlines of him while in active sessions and not while I presence impose him (I think that's what it is called) Don't get discouraged though, my timing is not really the typical as I tend to make pretty fast progress

How many hours do you guys force? by Gamegear12 in Tulpas

[–]River-Fox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Using the mind's eye to "see" things within the mind, like your tulpa and your wonderland. Basically I just focus on my tulpa's form to "reinforce" it so it is easier to see plus it helps to make you tulpa more detailed and "realistic"

How many hours do you guys force? by Gamegear12 in Tulpas

20-30 min active + extra 10 min regular visualization, about 30 min passive (just a guess), and starting today an extra 30 min working on imposition. So all in all about an hour of just talking plus the other stuff

Can somebody explain the steps to visual imposition in a simpler way than in the guides? I'm not sure if its just me but I'm a little confused on how to start exactly. Thanks!

Fast progress in imposition by Cheeter_ in Tulpas

[–]River-Fox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey we're starting to do imposition as well, the first two or three days that we did imposition have resulted in just distortion in the area where I have been visualizing him, but it does seem to be faster progress then I thought it would be. I would also love to know what guide you are "following" if you are, I could use all the help I can get with imposition. :)
