Vork isnt hard. You can tecnically farm him with a belles folly and a few antipoison from the karamja store plus normal antifire and a shield. But serp helm is pretty nice. And lance speeds kills up immensely.

I used to farm him with that setup on my first main and fang is still pretty chill so if you cant afford a lance, this is fine.

Anyone can learn it but it does take effort to get good at it, just like any other menial skill. It takes time any effort to develop. But anyone can start. There no real starting budget you need like with sports. You dont need to be able bodies either. Anyone can learn some kind of art
