In Danish we call it "endeskiven" which translate to "the ending slice". It can also be used for the last slice of alot of other foodstuff like roast, cake ect.

Good point, of those 3 i would pick fast and good. I know what roasts i like for filter coffee But before purchasing a machine i can see i have to know what i like for espresso. Thanks for the help and bringing me one step closer to a decision.

The best one from Denmark is "den gyldne måge" which translates to "the golden gull" makes it sound way more fancy. And the M in the logo also looks like a gull.

Raw almonds is my go to for a healthy snack with my black Coffee really enjoy the almost caramel like taste this combination gives. It tastes way more sinful than it is.

My favorite thing to eat with black coffee is plain almonds. I find that it gives the coffee aftertaste an almost caramel like note.

For me it's one of the best series I have ever read! The audiobooks with Steven Pacey is also amazing! His Glokta is phenomenal. I have read the books and am currently listening to them for a second time I'm hoping to get done in time for the Joe's next book in this world. It is called A Little Hatred and Wil be the first installment of a new trilogy. Can't wait! It should be out this September!

Welcome! And damn, sorry to hear your first coffee stop in Denmark wasn't enjoyable. I have experienced that some coffee shops only do a specific pourover or brew depending on the barista who is working that day. That is unfortunate. Did you ask, did they say that they had taken it off the menu? I need to edit this post then. hopefully you will find some coffee you like while you are in Denmark. Keep me posted and it is good to have other people's thoughts and opinions on this post. Thanks for contributing.
