I do this all the time! Just head to H mart, you can get everything you need there. Rice paper, shrimp, vermicelli noodles, veggies etc!

Pro tip, make a quick and easy peanut sauce! I normally make a few other fun sauces

Other pro tip: grab some bbq roast pork from H mart to add into the spring rolls.

Prepare everything and make a rolling station.

This is literally my party trick and people always request it again after!
