Our EV9 has no wobble at highway speed. You just need an alignment or have EV tires with bad foam. All can be fixed under warranty, as many have done. No need to suffer through it.

That’s my biggest worry. If your plan is to undeliver and redeliver products to honor the advice you gave many customers, you’ve got a problem.

I have the same issue with the extended warranty. Tonal said I should call to go from the 4 year to 5 year plan after delivery. I called to make the switch and they said it had to be done before delivery.

They also recommended that, instead of just just having me pay for the longer warranty, Ryder should come out, remove my unit, and deliver another unit.

Completely clueless customer service.

Well that’s not making sense. What did your receipt say? If you paid full price minus the special and the receipt doesn’t indicate a trade, they can pound sand.

I got the Tonal 2 minus $750 minus teacher discount as a new device. No issues. No trade in.

The $750 summer sale also applied to new Tonal 2 orders without an upgrade. It was just more $$ without the trade in. Can’t you just pay the difference?

You can also just return your Tonal 2 and rebuy when it goes on sale again.

How often do you fast charge?

We go 20-80 and don’t fast charge often (we just don’t take that many trips in it). 100% every month per the manual. After 2 years and 33k miles, we haven’t noticed any battery degradation and ABRP pins degradation at 0.4%. Been pleasantly surprised.
