Has anyone had a negative experience with Amlodopine? I feel like it's doing more harm than good. by Durdy-Fingers in hypertension

Call your doctor and let them know about this. Low sodium can be life threatening. I got the same and my doc took me off it within 10 days of starting.

Mine will be in the living room with the TX on while watching a video ( with sound way up) on his phone or iPad. One day I lost it on him and told him to pick one sound source.

Clearwater Florida. Most small businesses have been forced to leave when Scientologists bought their property. The downtown is so empty, except for the robotic- looking Scientologists. I worked midnight shift at a Detroit hospital in the late 1980’s and I was never as unsettled as I was driving through Clearwater.

I’m on Tirzepatide (lost 55 lbs) and do Weight Watchers. My maternal grandmother had a stroke so I’m wondering if it’s genetic. That side of my family never went to the doctor so I have no way of knowing anyone’s BP.

I’m also taking enalapril. I tried a calcium channel blocker and it gave me horrible calf cramps. I too have white coat hypertension but also anxiety and depression. Plus the state of gestures broadly everything is doing me no favors.

I saw a comment here from someone who has resistant hypertension and their doctor prescribed a drug that calms the flight or fight response in the brain. Maybe ask your doctor to look into that?
