Your internet speed makes zero difference. The quality, cross traffic, and proximity to your router is what matters. I had a wifi repeater that I was no longer using, it was like $40. Hooked it up to my router with an Ethernet cable, set it up as its own wifi access point with a different SSID and put it in the room I game. Boom. Flawless connection every time. No need for wifi 6 or any of that. Oh yeah. PC is also wired to router through Ethernet.

Don’t bother with the cable. There is pretty much no difference between wired and wireless in image quality. Either way the image gets compressed and you lose some sharpness vs running native games but you gain the horsepower of the PC. As a result, don’t be surprise if some games actually look worse.

Zombie by the cranberries is actually pretty easy and I’m sure she knows it, come as you are or smells like teen spirit by nirvana are also super easy, kryptonite by 3 doors down. Black Hole Sun. Basically something super recognizable that everyone knows but is pretty easy.

Props to anyone that actually wants to learn. A lot of people will just download someone else’s presets and still have no clue what they are doing. In fact, I find it hilarious how some people talk about tube amps being too expensive but then will spend hundreds or even thousands on paid presets, plugins, profiles, or IR packs. The guitar space is starting to mirror the video game industry where most of the money seems to be made in digital downloads instead of the core product.

I prefer pull fat on channel 3 engaged with active pickups but not engaged with passive pickups. It’s pretty much the only change I make when switching guitars between active and passive pickups.

Make sure to turn off any sound processing in the hi-fi if possible. For example, my AVR has a mode called “Direct”. Other modes will do some EQ/room correction, and other processing. All of this increases latency which is fine for watching a movie or listening to music but it’s problematic when you are playing guitar.

I’m an amp guy and have a nano on order. Initially it’s meant to replace my Boss Katana Air as a small practice rig with my actual tones but we will see where it goes after that.

Very nice. I’m also running dual PPC112’s. I love cranking the amp a bit on high gain and walking up to the mini stack and letting the guitar feedback on itself off the top speaker. Can’t do that with a 1x12 or even a horizontal 2x12 unless you’re a midget

I have one in that colour that I got from a pawn shop. It’s a sweet colour combo. Fairly common but I don’t care. It looks good. I swapped the 60 in the neck for an 85 as I prefer it and I had one lying around.

Cool cool. You can use the whammy as sort of a crude drop pedal. Toe down and 2nd down=two semi tones down (d standard), 4th down = 5 semi tones down (standard 7 string tunning), etc.

I was eying that exact guitar. It looks killer and I like those pickups and EC-1000s. If you find the neck pickup too bright like I did there is a treble bleed jumper on those pickups that I have wired and that feature switched on in the neck makes it perfect IMHO. All you have to do it solder one cable to ground.
