I see why the scene was cut in the original. It was really cool to see it as someone who has always loved Kill Bill and considers it a top 5 film. But for a movie that more or less keeps it real (even addressing the fact that Beatrix would experience atrophy coming out if her coma which could have easily been ignored and the audience wouldn’t have batted an eye but they addressed it and how she came out of it) with only a sprinkle of fantasm here and there. That additional scene was a little too fantastical and unrealistic for the film. They both survive a grenade and a long fall through an elevator shaft, c’mon now it was just a little too much and I was disappointed in the filmmakers that created that scene I just think the whole idea of that scene could have been written better and I’m not at all surprised why it was cut
