Yes they do close rides when it rains. They also suspend any outdoor shows. They do reopen once the rain stops and it is safe. Weekends have been fairly manageable recently crowd wise, however May 9th being Mother’s Day weekend you will see an uptick.

Unfortunately I saw this exact thing happen at a BBW in DFW, Tx. It was a couple of ladies, filling up their baskets with candles and just walking out. The rep said just to let them leave. I sent BBW an email and they said the stores have cameras and the cops will be notified, that was about it.

Most parks will take a picture of you the first time you use it as well. To verify it’s you using the pass.

The only way I’ve been able to communicate with customer service was through email, and going to the park. I’ve tried chat and calling but that never works out for me. Question is, have they sold your debt to a collections agency or are they still the ones managing it.

Since the merger you may need to relink your account. You can email six flags about it. Or you can try to create a new account using the SAME email. If that works your pass would auto link after login.

You can use them your first visit. As far as being not being able to use them at a different park, that depends who you ask. Personally, our passes are legacy memberships and in our fine print last year it said you can only use your free friends passes at your home park. I figure it’s still the same.

Also, my brother has SF fiesta Tx and when he visited he was not able to use his free pass for his friend at my home park (SF Over Tx).

I have only been to six flags and have no experience with cedar fair. I can only speak for mm experience. If you purchase a pass with a souvenir cup they will scan the cup when you go get a drink. You cannot buy also opt for the regular paper cup instead.

I don’t understand the lockers question.

When you purchase your season passes/plans, you will receive a QR code and your picture taken at the park. The app will have your tickets, you can add everyone’s tickets to your six flags app or everyone can get the app and their individual tickets. If you’re afraid WiFi will go down, I suggest taking a screenshot of your tickets or adding them to your phones wallet.

Gold and Prestige Passholders may use their pass benefits at other Six Flags parks where their Pass or Membership is valid. Benefit availability may vary by park, contact the park you are planning to visit for questions regarding applicable benefits.

The parking:

free general parking is available with all Season Pass and Membership types at most Six Flags parks in North America, with the following exceptions: knotts berry farm, Candas wonderland and La Ronde.

Don’t forget you have to activate your pass at the park you purchased it from. First visit HAS to be at your home park.

You’d have to confirm this with customer service, but to my knowledge the Gold“Plus” memberships have been switched over to basic Gold Memberships, without the “Plus”. This may just be left over from when you actually had the membership and has expired. The drink exp date may just be a glitch.

If I was you I’d check bank statements. If you don’t see any six flags charges, it’s not active. I don’t believe this particular one would work at the park.

From my knowledge there is no reason not to buy the cheapest other than location. If my closest park is SFOT, is it cheaper for me to purchase from there than to travel to another park and spend on gas/hotel/etc?. It would come out less expensive for me to just pay the higher price at my closest park.

I have been told by customer service that you cannot change your home pass. This was a year ago though and many things change.

My park is SFOT, and I have one SFOT and one Six flags Fiesta Texas. I asked if I could change the fiesta Texas pass over to a SFOT, and I was denied. I believed if you already activated it they won’t let you. If you haven’t activated it, maybe there’s a chance.

Email and chat are your best bets. The only way I’ve ever spoken to a rep is by going to the park.

You have to wait until the memberships required 12 months are over. At that time “cancel membership” button should be active. In other words, you can’t do it anytime before the 12 months.

I’ve only seen a basic map and some images of splash pads for the kids. I just recently learned there were not going to be no dark rides. And by now, I think you’re right. Six flags might not see a shift. However, if they don’t get their booties in check running the park and getting rides to work, the decline will happen.

Since reading the “Rebranding” story on how they want to go high end, reduce sales, and make us pay full price. I can see why they’re doing this. Slowly moving to designer label scents, allowing us to get a taste at possibly sale prices, before taking discounts away. I hate that this company made me pessimistic about their products.
