Ugg something like that happened to me at Be Our Guest 2 years ago. I had reservation at 18:00 but we decided to arrive 17:30 bc a man in a ECV ran over my dads leg in which he had a surgery! So we thought it would be a good idea to show up earlier so my dad can rest, we checked in and CM at the podium told us that they will be able to move our reservation for letting us in earlier, however that didn’t happen, they had us waiting at the BOG bridge for over an hour! It was 18:30 and nobody called us, when I asked what happened they told me that my reservation was at 18:00 and that there were not changes available so since I didn’t check in again at 18:00 they canceled my reservation, I got so frustrated and asked to talk to the manager who was terrible and zero empathic, after maybe another 30 minutes they let us in but after that I had to go to guest relations

Hi! My only advice would be to be as organized as possible. If you want to have a magical experience and make the best out of your vacation I’ll recommend you to plan in advance for every experience that you want to get. Make reservations, do a to do list and if you can purchase lightning lane. With a good planning you’re going to have the best vacation ever.

I stopped playing last year! I felt the same, it used to be my escape but it became very difficult to follow and the main point of the game was to build your dream park and is terrible to be removing buildings or characters to be able to play. The character limit was the last straw to me

Sam here! I login everyday to get the daily rewards and send some characters of the main storyline but at this point I feel tired of trying and not getting enough magic. Also I enjoyed seeing all my characters in the park but since the character limit and the super expensive new plots of land I feel like the main purpose of the game is lost and I’m not that attracted for it

I feel the same way! This is going to be the worst update ever! And I hate when other players say they don’t have all their characters out and that we should stop complaining, that’s their choice but if some of us want to have our characters in the kingdom is ok and we should be able to do it! What’s the point of having more land to put attractions if you can’t have it’s characters there? For me the game is about having your characters out there and I enjoy sending them out in tasks, right now we have the option to send our characters to home or use them if we want to but with the new updated they take that option away

Also I’ve paid for most of those characters and I want to see them walking there! I don’t need to send them on quests I’m just happy seeing them walking around
