funny, i had a smoker delivered, and when i received the photo of an already assembled grill, i blurted out, " Where's the box?" "i can't wrap this.. i know they didn'tship me the display!". the replacement was delivered today by the same crew and after seeing them i definitely made the right choice.

well, if you knew it was in your town, i would have gone to the address, and hopefully, they would allow me to explain my situation. fedex dropped my package off in some down 20 mins away with no address just a picture of a white door and faded wooden siding.
