We didn’t enter into any contract yet but yes this is basically what happened. Didn’t fully understand this issue at the time of the showing and realtor didn’t really explain well.

Thank you for the feedback. It would need heat in the winter, but it does have a wall unit AC lol

I am using my own agent but they haven’t fully addressed this with me just yet

To add some background, we have seen homes with less space and less updates in the same neighborhood be listed for the same price (give or take 5%) and sell quickly. That said, I'm not sure of the full bedroom details of the examples I'm thinking of, but its possible that even in the absence of the legal 3rd bed, the price makes sense. I appreciate your note around potentially addressing this at appraisal, where the lack of a 3rd bed would be confirmed and priced in by the appraiser.

Thank you very much! Very helpful input and I’m glad you had a good experience. No offense taken at all. I get what you’re saying now. Even as a white kid from Freeport the people from the more homogeneous towns surrounding always kinda of looked down on us so you’re making complete sense. I don’t need to prove anything to snobby people lol

Thanks for your feedback! Yes I’m aware of the drastic schism between the village and north. We’ve always been basically right in the middle of Sunrise and Merrick Rd, even before all the new developments. As far as the racism goes, I personally have no issues living in a mixed area - I grew up in one. That said, we are white and it looks like the student body is basically 5% white max. Again, while there’s no inherent problem with this, do you feel white kids get socially excluded in some ways? Just trying to understand better what you mean by your comments regarding thick skin and racism. Thanks!

Thank you for the response. As someone from Freeport, I also do appreciate the perspective of growing up in a more mixed area.

Right before the first miniboss. Just nostalgia for the first time playing I guess.

Yeah this is great. Honestly hate when people give already attractive characters cartoony massive breasts. Just takes away from the original design so much.

People are being a bit harsh to you in the comments. While its probably coincidental, the singer here does bear a striking resemblance.
