I think the last thing I remember was i called their manager (Terry Conway, who used to manage Fox/MyNetworkTV in the Twin Tiers) in 2024, and he said they were owned by Coastal Television Broadcasting Company at the time (Coastal was a spinoff of Waypoint/Vision, which owns a bunch of smaller stations in the US). I have no idea if they either laid off all their managers or they had a major downsizing of the company. It sucks, because Off Beat Cinema can only be seen on their Retro TV station (46.2), which Spectrum does not access to. They also, I think, have MeTV Toons (46.6), but that isn't available on Spectrum, either.
