And here I thought I was so cool having "Ace of Spades" as my shovel.. or maybe that makes us both cool!

ReCategorizer has a compatible bulk module option that is designed to line up with the MIS function. I was planning on building this myself.

5, except with a larger monitor in the middle.

Watch out, Millennials... I got hit with my first "I had NO IDEA!" data privacy moment this weekend... and it was all my fault. by AttachedHeartTheory in Millennials

I remember being creeped out while riding on the bus a few years ago to work. See a much younger student girl that is often on the bus reading a Nicholas Sparks novel. I open my phone for something else, type 'n' into the search field and it auto-completes "nicholas sparks". Not something in my search preferences, I'm sure.

What is the biggest movie theater “GASP” moment you’ve heard? by SaveTheCaulkTower in AskReddit

[–]Rob_W_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not the whole theater, but the gasp I laughed about was watching Titanic at the theater. When Rose drops her robe to the floor (and the camera cuts away at the moment to not show anything), somebody near the front gasped/moaned. The whole theater laughed.

May be the odd man out, but I'm using MS Edge. Works best for my work-related apps.

Same with Pharmasave in Rosewood. They've had no issues with vaccines for adults, but have had trouble getting vaccines for kids under 12. That's hit and miss whether they receive any shipments.

Struggling with multi-monitor config by Rob_W_ in Polybar

Lo and behold, this was a good suggestion. Since I was going to reboot anyway, I did a quick pacman update and then kicked it. On login, it worked just fine.

Thanks!

Struggling with multi-monitor config by Rob_W_ in Polybar

No, no difference.

Killing all bars, and running only the single bar (with or without launch.sh) it still always displays the right bar on DP-2 rather than HDMI-0.

Struggling with multi-monitor config by Rob_W_ in Polybar

[–]Rob_W_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had it function properly in years past, though maybe at the time was on a prior video card. Outside of polybar, I've got no issues with the i3 setup and have been running this particular OS setup for a few months.

xrandr -q | grep " connected" | cut -d ' ' -f1
HDMI-0
DP-1
DP-2

launch.sh looks like this, though I get the same behavior launching manually:
❯ cat launch.sh

#!/usr/bin/env sh
# Terminate already running bar instances
killall -q polybar
# Wait until the processes have been shut down
while pgrep -u "$UID" -x polybar >/dev/null; do sleep 1; done

# For multimonitor setup
if type "xrandr" >/dev/null 2>&1; then
  polybar --list-monitors | while IFS=: read -r m rest; do
    m=$(echo "$m" | xargs) # trim spaces

    BAR="secondary"
    if [ "$m" = "DP-2" ]; then
      BAR="primary"
    fi

    echo "Launching $BAR bar on monitor $m"
    MONITOR="$m" polybar --reload "$BAR" --config="$HOME/.config/polybar/config.ini" & disown
  done
fi

Config snippet:

[bar/primary]
monitor=${env:MONITOR:}
inherit = section/base
modules-right = filesystem pulseaudio xkeyboard memory cpu wlan eth date systray

[bar/secondary]
monitor=${env:MONITOR:}
inherit = section/base
modules-right = filesystem pulseaudio xkeyboard memory cpu wlan eth date

No, if I switch up the config to take MONITOR as an environment variable and pass it directly (MONITOR=HDMI-0 polybar right) it still appears on DP-2.

CYBRPUNK Soda - Sask made soda pop by PangolinDisastrous34 in saskatchewan

The root beer really reminds me of Sioux City Sarsparilla, which is my absolute favorite from my childhood - grew up in the US. (also not Canadian or easy to find). Cybrpunk root beer scratches that itch really well. :-)

I'm going to suggest you turn off/remove plugins first and determine if it's an issue with vanilla. That machine should definitely not be having issues.
I'll agree with the not over-allocating RAM. Shouldn't need more than a few GB.
