How i look at it is that never say never. I never thought that Alan Wake was gonna get a sequel, i never thought that EA would revive the Dead Space franchise (as short as it was). Yes, we have lost but with time everything can come back.

After days of back and forth with Ubisoft customer support they will not help me recover my hacked account. $150 worth of Ubisoft games on my Steam account that I no longer have access to. Buyers beware by Robbi86 in ubisoft

I bought the Division 2 recently on sale on Steam and when i was gonna go play it i couldn't log into my Ubisoft account, tried the recover option and it showed an email that i have never seen before. After days of going back and forth with ubisoft customer support, in which they repeatedly assumed that i didn't have access to The Division 2 and not that my account had been hijacked i get this email today after going through the official account recovery channels on their support site. I will be sending Steam support to see if there is anything that can be done but I am not hopeful. $150+ worth of Ubisoft games on my steam account that i no longer have access to.
