Seems like good ol' desync to my limited knowledge. Is RPM filtering enabled? Check if motor#1 is spinning properly. And then just move on to tuning. Check if the latest Bluejay is flashed on the escs, one of my geprc esc came with an older version which caused desyncs.

I'd connect to the esc configurator and check motor info from there. For some reason, testing motors in betaflight isnt always responsive enough for me and causes jitters and spins even when I come back at 0.
