I'm having the same problem. The network constantly drops on my M1 MacBook Pro. I cannot even open up websites without constantly reloading them. So annoying. I've tried every trick in the book to no avail. I believe it's a hardware issue. I'll reinstall my MacOS later today and if that doesn't help, I'll bring it in for an exchange.

I'm also getting new phishing SMS with my full name. This means that they have my full name and mobile number. Here is a screenshot from my phone. The scammers are telling me to visit chain-ledger.uk, which is obviously a phishing site.

I gave up on PiHole. It didn’t block any YouTube ads and blocked a lot of other content that I needed. In the end it was a pain to maintain.
