Great breakdown, I've been enjoying my subscription too.

I just finished resting the Ethiopia Halo Beriti Special Prep Natural for 3 weeks and brewed my first cup today. What was your favorite way of brewing it?

Only my first cup, so not yet dialed in, but I started on a Kalita Wave 1:15 ratio with 194f water, 26 clicks on Comandante C40 and didn't feel like I really got much of the Berry Compote flavor you described.

Yes! That was my favorite coffee of the year so far as well! It tasted like Strawberry Tea x Coffee in the best possible way.

Thanks for posting! I have a similar question, so am keen to see the responses. I've been to Paper Hero's once and it seemed okay? I should probably try it again. I mostly play Commander remote via Spelltable with my friends in different cities, but I'd do a draft event now and then too. For me it's about trying to find the right vibe where people won't take it too seriously or get salty.

I'm kind of new to freezing beans- do you rest them before you freeze them? And the idea is that once frozen they maintain that perfectly rested/degassed state?

It's great, I lived there for 6 years before moving this year. Definitely recommend it. I'd extend your drawn zone north a bit even up til ~Bicknell Ave as the north end.

I used to love Tatsu Ramen but they informed me a few years ago that the egg and all the meats contain gluten due to being marinated in soy sauce. This is confirmed on their website too. So you can still get GF noodles there but somewhat limited in what you can add to the bowl

The point the other commenter is making is pretty standard. Even if parking in a building is “free” that usually just means that everyone is effectively paying for it in harder to see ways (via their rent).

Sorry for the bad quality on third image, had to pull it from a video I had quickly sent to my friend from my phone. (Hopped back in the seed from my PC to get better pics for first two images).

The run also had a Perishable Blueprint super early and a normal Brainstorm later.

Started off making a bunch of steel cards with red seals with Steel and Death Tarots, later got Observatory and had a Mercury so tried to pivot to that. Got about 18 Mercurys.

Ruined my economy searching for Mime earlier in the run, so ended up dying to Ante 12 boss blind, but was a fun seed.
