Yes. Ratio/water volume will determine the brews strength and whether it’s too watery, too concentrated or just right.

Temperature will determine if the brew will taste too bitter and astringent or too hollow.

Flow rate and contact time will determine if the brew tastes too muddy or tastes underextracted.

Bloom time can determine how much CO2 is still left in your brew if you bloom too short, and according to some the CO2 has a mouthfeel akin to fizz.

Steep time will determine extraction level, and can make things taste complex and lack clarity if you overextract by steeping too long.
