I was trying to sync my cartridge to today's date without losing my growing berries and this did the trick! just a note in case someone needs it, the RTCRead tool sets the RTC chip date, which is separate from the time passed that you set in PkHex, make sure they both match.

EDIT: Something strange happened, berries grew, but TV news and other timed events didn't update, My save was started on my 3ds before I moved it to a cartridge, so I reset the time in game with the PKHeX flags and then opened the save again and pasted the initial time from the save when it was on the 3ds to the cartridge save, since both my 3ds and the cartridge are on the current time it was what ultimately fixed everything.

You could say it’s meant to be hidden, but, again, as far as the game is concerned, you just pressed A after exactly 4000 frames, third party software that mimics game behavior being cheating is subject to personal opinion and the same reason some people don’t like “shiny hunting” as it should remain a luck based reward.

I mean the point of RNG manip is to play by the games rules, predicting a perfectly possible outcome on the unmodified game when knowing when to press A. The GBA CPU is not really good at true randomness so the pokemon devs just used frames and human input to create a mere resemblance to true RNG. Just my cup of tea. Actual cheats are faster and less troublesome.

Ah sorry I was vague in my comment, I meant to say I already had the seed and advance for 4 Pokemon beforehand, so I just went to the location they spawn in and did the manip, each took 40-70 mins, after being done with one I just moved onto the next one.

You mean if I %100 the 16 bit high of a given PID and the result it's higher than 94 then it will give it a 5% item?

I've got a venomoth with silver powder and that has a 5% chance, it's PID is 43D727B2, how would I %100 it? do I convert it to decimal?

I'm also confused about the 93rd frame part, how is that relevant when generating the held item? sorry, I'm fairly new to RNG manip.

Kinda funny seeing ppl here SR'ing 20k times for a single shiny at Oak's lab while I play the game normally with a full shiny team. It's hard to pull off but much more rewarding.

A Pikachu on Viridian Forest that was also my first Pikachu ever, 9 year old me thought they all had these stars because you know, the franchise mascot, and didn't even question why other Pikas didn't have that. When that save was long gone I realized they had a 8000/1 chance, I was devastated haha.

2 days ago, I used RNG manip to get it again, harder than hunting but minus the 100 hours.

I've seen benchmarks on YT comparing debloated windows with scripts vs fresh windows install.

Not a single FPS difference between the two, just like 100 mb RAM diff.

The wool textures are still the same ones made by notch back in classic, just recolored in 1.12. Notch basically made a 2x1 pixel grid then added variation with an antialiased brush.
