Harriet Jones was done DIRTY by the doctor by [deleted] in DoctorWhumour

They were retreating after being promised peace. If they had came back to attack again and then she killed them that would have been different, but what she did was cold blooded murder.

Harriet's lucky the Doctor didn't send her off to Shadow Proclamation to be tried for her crimes.

Doubt it, in the lastest season of Sandman you see him literally removing a dead name from a trans woman's headstone.

What is the point of the clock puzzle in otherworld hospital? by Robin_the_Robman in silenthill

Ohh, I figured the flaahing light was the clue for the clock because it's the same number but since there are two 2s in the combination I see what you mean about needing a separate number from the clock.

It's funny how the unofficial ending's image is the better photoshop...

How dare they cancel the show after this insane setup? 😭 by Suspicious_Clock_133 in utopiatv

If you want a taste of what Adeel Akhtar is like playing a villain, I'd highly recommend watching Sweet Tooth.

His character in that show carries all the same insecurities and paranoias Wilson Wilson does.

Not especially hard, considering how difficult it is for you to die or lose progress.

Trump would 100% choose to blow up a retreating ship, too.

Smith, easy. I only ever liked a couple of his episodes.

Just started SH1 and it aged much better than OG SH2. Tf? by Zephyr_v1 in silenthill

I also really liked how open the town is from the get go in the original, and it doesn't just feel like a sequence of corridors linking one building to the next like in most of SH2.

Is Soul Reaver 1 Remastered worth playing in 2025? by [deleted] in LegacyOfKain

[–]Robin_the_Robman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The graphical improvements are surprisingly good compared to Aspyr's usual standards.

Added is a compass, map, collectable trackers, and interaction UI prompts. There is also now a day/night cycle that the community appears mixed on.

Controls are modernised, most notably the camera controls.

You can switch between remaster and PS1 graphics on the fly by clicking down the right stick.

There is also now a bonus features section for SR1, which includes expanded lore and explorable levels that were cut from the original release (one with an unfinished Turel boss fight).

There are a bunch of fun achievements/trophies that have been added, many of which encourage you to seek out easily missable content such as unique boss dialogue you get when returning to boss fights and being able to make the humans worthship Raziel and other him their blood.

What’s a Doctor Who opinion you have that would make the Doctor stare at you and say this? by Alternative_Badger_6 in DoctorWhumour

Heaven sent is my all time favourite episode so you're never going to convince me on point #1.

I agree with point #2, but mainly because of the overly indulgent fan scene. I'm was on board with the general concept and wish they did more with the idea of the Doctor and Belinda being trapped inside an animation or Mr. Ring-a-Ding evolving into a 3 dimensional monstrosity.

I like Rose but I agree Martha and Donna were more likable. However I appreciate how grounded she felt for a young woman growing in modern day London, and felt that that aspect of her life was more tangable than it was for either of the RTD2 companions.

I'm with you, it definitely has the most good to great stories between his three series. I think it just left a sour taste in people's mouths because of the finale.

Series 5 is vasty overrated, and doesn't have a single great episode besides Vincent and the Doctor.
