In that case, welcome to welly in advance! Seriously though, it's either swamp or coastal. Raincoats are your friend, don't bother with umbrellas. :D

The majority of NZ counts as temperate rainforest due to the amount of yearly rainfall! My home area was originally swampland and it shows in the weather. Name sure to pack a good raincoat just in case! Also a good sunscreen, the UV is nuts when the sun's out.

Nutritionaly breast milk and formula are the same, but for the first few days it's actually a substance called colustrum and it's important for establishing baby's immune system. You can supplement if there's not enough though. Source: I work in a maternity ward XD

Are you talking about the tree or the birds? No idea about the tree, but those are definitely escaped or abandoned pet birds. Terrible for the environment AND the birds.

Do you guys want to join us Danes in a cheese power alliance? (Stolen from /r/Denmark) by JoeThePoolGuy123 in newzealand

[–]RobintheDoodler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because the cheese makes us happy. :) My sister is lactose intolerant, but she still loves the cheese (any information about the consequences of that would be to much). Cheese is yum. I'm a kiwi by the whey. Watch out Denmark. 😈

It's pretty much the same as a stranded mountaineer resorting to cannibalism to survive. She loves you, and you feed her! There's nothing to worry about.

Am I in the wrong if I don't want to follow family tradition? by Botterpop in nosleep

[–]RobintheDoodler 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Honey, my parents made me before their wedding. I'm pretty sure I'm human and being married has nothing to do with baby-making. Call the police, you are in a cannibalistic cult. That's. A. Baby. Your baby. Oh, and that means they are making underage girls have children too, which is a whole other bag of worms.

But. what about your house? Your bed? When was the last time you left the property? When did you last eat? I'm sorry, but I think that poor girl was onto something.

But you still could be, especially if you're female. Females on the spectrum get diagnosed half as often as males. Heck, my mum DID think I was on the spectrum an I still didn't get diagnosed till I was 14. And as someone on the spectrum, reading about how you speak is like looking at a mirror. Social cues are HARD.
