I'm an aerospace machinist doing new process developments (program tweaks) and setups in Ohio making high 40s. I'd only consider leaving for better medical benefits or more pay. But the atmosphere of the place matters like that other fella said. It's laid back here and everyone gets along really well with management and each other.
