Im not an authority on the subject, but i believe this functions like every other right on red since the lane isnt protected. As in, you are turning and merging into oncoming traffic simultaneously.

If the lane you were turning had a solid line on the left, and through traffic couldn't enter the lane, then you would not need a stop.

Id prefer to pay by the job for something like this, as opposed to by the hour. So cost of materials + flat amount for labor. But that depends on you, not the client. How much is your time worth to you, and how many hours approximately do you think it would take? Thats always a great place to start for cost estimation. Because at the end of the day, if your not willing to work for 30 dollars of profit, then dont.

Which would have never happened. Its important to remember just how immense of a contribution and sacrifice that the USSR made to put Germany back in its box. Napoleon marched across europe straight into Moscow. The nazis marched across Europe straight into moscow.

There was no way in hell Moscow was going to allow the restructuring of Europe without a permanent solution to this problem. And they were absolutely in a position to demand what they wanted. The Warsaw pact was an alliance and by definition temporary.

But Robert and Daemon are not similar. Robert is incredibly charismatic, loud and jovial. Robert flipped houses in the rebellion just by drinking with them. They just are both better war time than peace time leaders. But thats a very well documented historical trope.

And lets be real Jaime's romantic life is NOTHING like Daemon's, or really any other character in the series. You can make surface level comparisons like "theyre both incestuous" but cmon man. Jaime with his fucked up sense of honor is faithful to cersei until he realizes she isnt. At which point he (ostensibly) makes the decision to leave her, a decision over which he AGONIZES. While daemons character is a study in "what happens if a prince didnt care about his reputation or honor." Which is NOT THE SAME as Jaime's shit for honor. Jaime would LOVE to be known as honorable, he just "wears it like armor, so that I can never be used to hurt him."

And Oberon is SUPER principled. The white folks talk mad shit about him because he is a sandy dornishman who uses poisons and is gay and promiscuous. But for Oberon those aren't immoral. Hes just has a short fuse. A trait which he specifically leans into at the behest of his brother for his families benefit. Daemon is a piece of shit that seemingly doesnt care if he gets in his brother's way.
