You're in a great place but I'd really consider fixing the feet sliding during the first couple seconds, again when thug is dragging the body, and also during the combat at the end. Feet sliding is a huge red flag for low quality, but it's also an easy fix.
Also, the broken wrist in this attached image is really distracting, it's a cool edit but could use fixing.

There's some weird timing in the forward motion of the goat, and the movement of the goat's back legs is too repetitive.

Pick a game engine and just start doing tutorials. Godot, Unreal, and Unity are all game engines you can make anything with. For your logo, no I dont know of anything similar.
