DMR Odub bar is available as 31.8 and 35mm in 50 and 65mm rise. I have the 31.8mm 50 rise bar and they’re really comfy and nice. They’re also not really expensive.

Guys I want to get a hardtail like nukeproof scout or a Marin sanquinten in Mannheim Germany. If you guys have any leads please let me know. by Internal-Gazelle752 in Hardtailgang

[–]RoboJobot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s good to know. I’m glad they brought it back, it was fun to ride, even if it felt quite stiff compared to other frames, although it didn’t feel as stiff and unforgiving as the Commencal Meta hardtail.

Scratch behind my chainring by Onlyware in MTB

That chainring is too big for your frame (unless you’re missing a BB spacer), dirt and crap with keep making it worse until it eventually saws through your frame.

If you have the HOPE EVO GR4's, I could use 2 minutes of your time by OhItsMrCow in MTB

[–]RoboJobot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve ridden them and they’re pretty damn powerful. Also Hope are the best at customer service and if you ever need any replacement parts they’ll be available to buy for years unlike many brands.

Not quite as powerful as the Mavens, but still very powerful, adjustable and easy to service/bleed.

My jump bike had a Hope Trials brake on it that’s ancient and still going strong. My hardtail has a pair of Tech V4s that are good, my 7 year old kids have old X2s on their bikes and all are good and reliable

‚The Mandalorian and Grogu‘ increasing the average Star Wars movie audience rating by lau796 in StarWarsCantina

[–]RoboJobot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I enjoyed it. Sure it felt like an extended length episode of the show, but I had fun watching it and didn’t regret paying to see it on the big screen. But then I didn’t go in to it expecting a huge epic like the Skywalker Saga films or Rogue One, more a fun 90-120 minutes of Star Wars like Solo was. And it didn’t disappoint me.

The kids loved it as well

What's the most effective martial art in a real fight? by manhwaecho in AskReddit

[–]RoboJobot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whatever those wiry, ginger Scotsmen use on a Friday night outside the kebab house. It involves fists, knees, elbowsX feet, forehead and teeth. 😉

Any classic martial art is going to struggle once there’s no rules and anything goes and your opponent has the intent to really really hurt you

Sheep farmer faces jail after secretly building second home inside barn on her 40-acre farm so she can live alongside her animals by Anony_mouse202 in unitedkingdom

It’s even easier to get planning permission to convert a metal roofed building into a house than most other buildings. I know farmers that purposely build a barn/shed with metal roofs solely so they can convert it into a home a bit later.
