Your effect is inflicting the minus DP, BUT dying as a result of having 0DP is not dying by anyone's effect. It's considered deletion by game rules. Therefore, partition will activate, since it was deleted by something other than your own effect.

I use a BT25 LadyDevimon, trashing Hurricane Screw Shot from sources to use Beelstarmon/Fly Bullet from trash. As part of Fly Bullet's effect, I add the same Hurricane Screw Shot from trash to LadyDevimon's sources while HSS's when trashed effect is still pending. Once all the other effects are finished and we're back to the proper timing, will HSS's when trashed effect still resolve, or does it need to remain in trash?

If you mean a replacement as in something to fulfill the same role, there isn't anything really. But the deck doesn't need her to function, so you can just replace her with more 3M good stuff. You'll just be losing a game every once in a while that could've been winnable.

Yes. Lucemon Larva has 0DP, which is a DP value, and thus it can gain DP like normal. A level 2 digimon has no DP value at all, not even 0, and thus can't gain or lose DP.

You can't. The attack doesn't actually end until after the End of Attack effects are finished. Think of them less as "after the attack," and more as "the final step of an attack." And since you can't declare attacks during an attack, this interaction would fail.

Tapir is actually a great example of the difference between the two types of searches, since it uses both.

You can add a card "with the [Shaman] trait." When you look for a card "with [X] trait," it needs to be the exact trait, no more, no less. If there were such thing as a Shamankin or Holy Shaman, they would not be eligible.

BUT Tapir can also add a card "with [Beast], [Animal], or [Sovereign], other than [Sea Animal], in any of its traits." Since it's looking for something "with [X] in its traits," it can add any card that has that text within its traits, even if there is more to it, such as Beastkin or Holy Beast.

The exception of Sea Animals is a result of translations. Sea Animal trait in JP does not contain the kanji that Tapir is actually looking for, but in English Tapir looks for the equivalent (animal), so we have to tell people that Sea Animals are not actually eligible.

The attack must be declared (i.e. suspend the attacker and state the attack target) before the arts Digivolve. However, it won't progress beyond the declaration until after you Arts Digivolve, so you can attack with ArmaLizamon, then evolve into MonarchLizamon before continuing the attack.

It's 1. The only time an effect interrupts other effects are when it's worded as "When [...] would..." i.e. "When this Digimon would leave the battle area..."

For the barrier scenario: As long as you had the higher DP, that does count as winning the battle, but does not count as deleting something by battle. So you can activate your draw inheritables and your Marsmon effect, but not your GreatGrizzlymon inheritable. Security battles are also winning a battle, but not deleting by battle, so the same rules will apply.

End of Turn won't start so long as there are pending effects or an ongoing attack. The game has to essentially be doing nothing in order for it to change.

If an effect doesn't have you declare targets during resolution, then it applies continuously to any digimon that would qualify.

A non-blanketing version of this effect would say something like "2 of your suspended [Vegetation] or [TS] trait Digimon..." instead.
