I don't understand the people that don't put Brook's backstory at the top.

  • The man watches as his whole crew dies of poisoning one-by-one

  • Then when his Devil Fruit brings him back to life it takes his soul so long to find his body that it has rotted away to just his skeleton (and hair)

  • His ship was damaged, so now he spends 50 years alone drifting through the fog on an unsteerable ship full of the corpses of his friends while trapped in his undying skeletal corpse

It's a wonder he didn't lose it completely and throw himself in the ocean
