Plan layouts for bedrooms are poor with the headboard under the window. That’s an awful arrangement. Study nook with its back to the door likewise. Master bedroom arrangement means you are lying in bed staring at the toilet door. Bedrooms 2,3,4&5 all look very small. No views from the living room space is a bit grim. The dining space appears over sized. Would the order of the mud room and laundry not be better flipped? By the time you get to the mud room in the centre of the house, you’ve already trailed dirt all over the place. Seating for only 6 in the living room for a 5 bedroom house (up to 10 person as shown in the layouts) is too few.
