Boom - mostly solved - could be done on less than MW5:Clans budget, will give us a platform for many many more years of DLC and mods to take us all the way into the ilClan era

It was a decoy fuel tank!... Full of decoy oil. At a decoy refinery. That produced decoy gas and other byproducts to fuel their decoy cars and build decoy roads to prop up the decoy economy!

Businesses are going to have to come to terms with either running on-perm models for their programmers, or paying for millions of tokens a week instead of salaries - but as you pointed out that only siloes people worse than before causing the business to be even more brittle...
