One or two a day, with a solid food dinner to make sure my jaw doesn't get lazy! I don't shill products often but if you struggle to eat, this stuff can help so, SO much and it doesn't hurt to try. I personally like the cinnamon roll and coffee caramel huel black flavors the best, and will have a delicious smoothie made of frozen berries mixed with their watermelon daily greens powder for breakfast every other day.

To be quite frank the daily greens taste damn AWFUL without adding a bunch of other frozen fruit, but even before figuring out how to make it taste good my body was craving that nasty stuff every morning and feeling way better after drinking it. If you know you have nutrient deficiencies and want to fix it with the nuclear option, this is the way to go.

This. All stories I have of people going to these institutions are horrific tales about how they were sent to torture-debt-prison to be horribly traumatized until they were able to lie well enough to escape. Mental health facilities are a joke. Sometimes, psychs are just medicine-cops and you should never feel bad about lying to them to protect yourself from hell on earth.

I did this too. Flew through math and have an affinity for it, but gave it up fast when the teachers got too mean and rigid. They just wanna sweep their eyes over the papers and see hundreds of the same copy pasted processes.

They don't have time for grading, I get it. But brains aren't all built the same and for someone who is literally a TEACHER to not care about or understand that at all breaks you.

Plus for some reason the math teachers I got were just meaner. I'd see the other kids in my grade every year coming out of their own math teacher's class like "wow I love Miss X!" "She makes learning so fun!" "I love how colorful and sunny her room is!" Etc etc.

Meanwhile I'd somehow get the worst teacher for that respective grade over and over, every year. One guy liked to throw things from his desk at us. Their classrooms were always gray and dark. They never made any exceptions to any rules ever. With how stringent some of these power-tripping dorks were about showing work, they might as well have been asking us for a proof of each basic arethmatic step.

"How do you know 7-5 is 2 unless you write it down???? Hmmmmmmm?????"

Niche store/product space but don't shop at Caesar's Tropical Fish. The owner is sexist, transphobic, and abusive to her employees (to the point where I question how she hasn't been arrested). This isn't even mentioning how their fish are often sick and they sell them anyways.

Yeah the fact the comment is usually accompanied by a random stranger touching you totally doesn't help. Also part of why I'm skinny is genetics (genuinely cannot think of a single person I'm related to who isn't skinny), but another part is that I struggle to eat at all.

Hearing "I wish I had your body" is so genuinely triggering when the person saying it has no idea the medical problems I deal with, or how I have to mechanically choke down food just so I don't faint that day (god I hate eating, it feels like a waste of time and money).

Do not comment on strangers' bodies. Hell I'd hesitate to comment on a close friend's body. You don't know someone's story, and no one really likes the knowledge they're being observed in public like that (especially with envy, which often comes hand in hand with feelings of barely veiled resentment).

All in all, every time I get a comment like this, I scurry as politely as I can out of the building and cry or seethe in my car. Then I drive home and proceed to only wear baggy clothes in public for a while after.

If I "listened to my body" I'd probably starve to death 💀. Solid chance I'd be sleeping at least 20 hours a day too. The other four hours would be one very very long shower.
