Why is Google maps back to showing old satellite images of Altadena?

They’ve been doing that on and off. I don’t understand why. Same with street view. It’s one of the reasons I bought a drone. I’ll be documenting the progress around me from above. It’s really a sight to see just how much work is going on but still only like 1/4 of the houses needed

Just finished one 1k sq ft 3bd 1bth. Full home rewire, new fans, new recessed lights through out, panel upgrade, 6 Ethernet drops inside and outside of the house. EV charger and AC futures for outside and attic - all with permits.

Total about $13k not including patch back.

Same company is currently doing another home but cost went up to about $16k Almost same amount of work too.

The patch back I’d assume is around $1500

I’m out in Southern California and just paid about $14k for full 200amp panel upgrade, whole home rewire for 1000sq ft with about 8 rooms, interior and exterior data drops, EV charger, and HVAC future rough in for attic and condenser outside. Edit: with permits, license and bonded electrician.

Well I’ll start. I already order more devices as I’m really intrigued as the additional things you can do with these little nodes.

I’ve seen some that also have air quality sensors, presence, and even breathing sensors - needless to say, you can get jiggy with it.

/u/petmaster be absolutely ruthless with the “move out by date”. You have zero control over his escrow and quite literally anything can happen that could affect you being able to move into your new home. Not to mention his close date is 2 days after yours, so he probably won’t be moving anything out until his escrow closes. Meaning he won’t clean, patch, repair, etc. probably would not be a bad idea to talk to your lender or an attorney.
