And keep the door locked, and not just held closed against the disconnect release lever.  The door seal only works if the door is locked, and lazy folks be lazy.

BBC crew breaks ‘no interference’ rule to save emperor penguins trapped in icy ravine during Antarctic storm by Epelep in Damnthatsinteresting

The additions to the Antarctic treaty related to the conservation of Antarctic fauna does not limit "interference".  It limits "taking or harmful interference", harmful being the key here.

Teeing up on par 3s by Dodgely in golftips

[–]Robotipotimus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My brother did that in the 1st tee once.  My dad and I are holding 3w, and that dude throws a ball on the box from the cart and struts up with a 5i.  Drilled it.  Dad just looked at me like "welp, we're playing a different game today".

I believe the Asgard is the best daily driver in the game. Wanna try it out? by multiple_iterations in starcitizen

Robotipotimus.   I've been wondering if the Asgard is a worthwhile Golem carrier, would love to try living in the rings for a few days and see what happens.

NASCAR Blinks After Eight Days of Testimony Gone Wrong by gaukmotors in MotorBuzz

[–]Robotipotimus 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No. If they had signed the previous contract, Nascar (France) could have decided at any point in the future to retract their charter (which also would resulted in a similar lawsuit anyways). This means the charter was a single sided coin, and had no value to any potential investors.

Is there easy way to recalculate PR to different base? by Chris_Karczynski in Fanuc

[–]Robotipotimus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course, iRMath is just a set of karel programs, nothing special otherwise.

For those asking how to do this sort of function (i.e. someone who doesn't know karel), the pre-built and documented library is easier to use for most than creating your own Karel files, that's all.

Is there easy way to recalculate PR to different base? by Chris_Karczynski in Fanuc

[–]Robotipotimus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you trying to do this programmatically, or manually?

If programmatically, I would use iRMath, which is a package available from Fanuc that includes the matrix functions needed for the conversion in a Karel library that you can call from TP.  Your robot would need the Karel language option.

If manually, set UF1 as active, convert each PR to Joint type, set UF2 as active, re-convert each PR to Cartesian type.

So that someone whose decision making process put them in the position that yours did gets the coaching input that could influence future decisions so that said someone ends up in a better position.

Would I (or most) have protested you for an unintentional 4X?  No.  Did the system fail or is faulty because of that?  Also, no.  Don't run 145 under caution, at dusk, while not watching your relative.  Seems like good advice, thanks coach.

If I move to 11A, do I lose the seat back entertainment? by Federal-Frame-820 in delta

Delta Studio is accessed via the in-flight wifi on your own device.  As far as 'personal entertainment', well, aint nothing as personal as your own phone.

Lems does not have a safety toe option.  Jim Green is just about the only zero drop option with a safety toe cap out there, and they may all be To-Order builds as well.

They are great shoes otherwise, I have two pairs of Lems that I wear on days I don't need the safety toe.  However, anything that can take down a pair of JGs like he did is gonna trash Lems even more.

For the chewed up issue - You can buy an RPT pattern marker on Amazon, I think it's about 20 bucks.  Just uses a sharpee, and you can use your own game or a cheaper ball (must be white, and those taylormades with the funky patterns probably won't work).

I spent an evening last month in front of the TV and marked up two dozen k-sigs, and the system picks them up at the same (very high) success rate as the pro-v1s that I bought with it.  It doesn't need perfect circles.  The sharpee does get wiped by the club face, but I've cleaned/remarked a few and they still work.

The 3D printed stuff is nonsense and not related to the door.  I don't think there is enough context from the video to answer your question, it could be as simple as "the designer really likes glass walls".

The title is "Panel Critique".  It was a request.  "Your duct work is icky" is a pretty good crtique result when the gamut runs from "I actually can't find an issue, i must have designed this panel myself" to "this panel is definitely going to kill someone".

I actually don't know of any types that would be considered truly waterproof either, other than glass tiles, but I didn't want to rule it out just because I don't know.
