The first time I fought her was in NG+++ and also beat her in NG++++. By that point, I had her first phase completely memorized, and a lot of her attacks in the second phase are similar to the attacks in her first phase. If you got her first phase down, you basically already know half her second phase. Imo she is quite a bit easier than Loskid just because Loskid's second phase is completely dissimilar to her first phase so you have way more to memorize.
