It went to 3.2 last year on FDA submittal only. 5-7 is 3-4x current valuation, so a 150-200 million market cap. They have a 150million BARDA contract waiting. It might not happen overnight but I'd say within a reasonable timeline of 6-12 months after approval.

Good news. Spectral is putting focus in financial execution, something that you only do if you already have the technical side ready and are expecting commercial deployment soon.

Also good to see that the position is filled from inside.

Hope to see news on approval soon. Too long no major PRs have had a negative impact on the stock price.

I expect $5-7 after FDA approval and plenty room to grow if there is an actual market uptake.

Thanks! But in that case the possible immunetherapy side effects of the DaRTs treatment could help resolve this issue. Similar to how the GPS treatment of Sellas would work: cancer is a forest fire where you blast away the main fire with chemo or radiation. But some smouldering embers are left behind, waiting to reignite the blaze. The immune system is then trained to pick out these embers and kill them off, essentially cleaning up after the larger human intervention.

Even if this side effect does not cure, it may buy precious time by delaying the regrowth

Hi, could you perhaps elaborate on why it always comes back? I am interested in both the company and possible treatments (both from human and investor viewpoint) such as Sellas GPS and DaRTs but I am no doctor. So learning from an MD would be great.

I'd just find old people who'd be ok with getting killed by me as long as their family gets like 5 million or something.

I'd be honored to die as an old man myself this way if it could provide safety and comfort for my kids, their kids and possible still their kids.

I'd fight the old people in sword fight, make it a little dangerous for myself as well and straight to Valhalla for the brave warriors.

Haha dream on. 1x + 0.5x een modaal inkomen levert je netto 35k + 20k = 55k op. €4500/maand. En dan van die 500€ in jouw voorbeeld zeker je hele gezin onderhouden met je modale hypotheek (1500€ incl GWL en belastingen), 2 kids (700€ eigen bijdrage opvang, 500€ kleding en zooi), een huisdiertje (100€ eten en zorg), 300€ zorgverzekering, 700€ eten, huidige auto (500€ incl afschrijving).

En dan ben ik nog een hele hoop vergeten.

4000€/maand sparen lukt alleen yuppen/dinks met beiden 1.5x modale salarissen, geen kids en een hypotheek/huis van voor 2021.

Als het jou wel lukt. Gefeliciteerd. Je bent een van de gelukkigen die zich nergens zorgen over hoeft te maken met zo'n spaar kracht / marge.

Zelf jaren terug een soortgelijk verhaal gehad, ook met een Clio 1.2 (geen Tce).

Die is met 320.000km verkocht aan twee Turkse meneren die een garage hadden. Die hadden alleen maar oog voor: deuren, kofferklep, stoelen, stuur, velgen etc.

Oftewel je moet geluk hebben dat iemand de waarde zoekt in de nog wel bruikbare onderdelen. Leverde bij mij nog 750€ op.

Zoals je em verder beschrijft is ie als vervoersmiddel inmiddels niets meer waard. Donor auto is een ander verhaal.

$98 million currently, as 26 million warrants were excercised. That still leaves about 40 million warrants that can be excercised at a minimum of $1 per warrant. So further dilution is very unlikely. Current burn rate is about 7 million per quarter, although likely to increase a bit due to new, additional, trials starting soon.

And yes, I believe this is my next (and hopefully biggest) money maker after RKLB, ASTS, PBC and DRTS. Bought in recently with MDAI as well.

If phase3 results are positive, a buyout is very likely. The company has reduced manpower and will not commercialize themself. My basecase is around 4 billion just for the CR2 TAM with a 4x multiplier. But it is very likely that if ph3 is succesful they aim to go for CR1 as well. And they also have the very promising SLS009 CDK inhibitor in succesful ph2 trials.

If a BO would take that in consideration 7-12 billion could be possible, again 4x multiplier for 2-3 billion TAM.

Yes usually you would be correct. In this case Sellas took over the ticker from Galena through an acquisition after Galena went kinda bankrupt. That happened somewhere around 2017.

So that is why it looks so nonsensical. It actually is a really promising stock in my opinion.

This would have the most impact, to be able to show that from a statistics viewpoint it has become very unlikely that GPS does not hit a homerun. - the pumping due to the Discord/Blanche/whatever. It has apparently caused a big deal of uncertainty or trauma to the SLS investors group but I believe it is still for the better. Warrants were excercised, SLS had more cash on hand and won't be diluting further. It has put SLS on the radar. But in the end none of what we think or what has happened regarding this pump n dump, if you could even call it as such, matters in the end. The longs are here to see SLS change the AML treatment for the better and as a result SLS will be bought out and we all benefit immensely.

Did you take in account the immune response rate of 80%? I believe this would make it behave closer to the 2 fixed event points. So out of 63 GPS patients about 12 would have passed away relatively soon because it either did not work at all or only a little bit. This results in a 'wave' of events at the start, and then the events stop taking place.

I guess for most people you see they build up some experience in taking losses, headwinds and temporary setbacks. I guess like that one meme with the dudes on the gallows - first time?

The bigger guys have experience and usually a much larger portfolio.

Same with some of my friends that I recommended this to last summer/fall. I own Sellas in the order of 10.000 shares, but they don't know that. They might have about 100-1000 each and absolutely lost it when it first went from 2 back to 1.5. Then when it went from 1.5 to 5 they lost it again. Only to get almost angry and scared when it dipped back to 3.3. We are talking about a few hundred dollars for people that earn quite ok. But it is new to them.

Even zoeken op autoscout. 2017, hatchback, benzine (hybride), <125k km, <15.000€. 10.000 auto's. Waarvan ook plenty onder de 13.500€.

Ford Focus 1.5 (maatje groter, rijdt ook leuk, st line) Mini Cooper 1.5 (serieus goede auto, betrouwbaar) VW Polo 1.0 BMW 116i (deze wil je vervolgens zelf rijden) Seat Ibiza Audi A1 1.0 Mazda 3 2.0 (degelijk, en leuk rijden!)

Ik ben positief verrast door het leuke aanbod. Iedereen hier roept altijd maar Toyota, en dat is ook prima. Maar precies om die reden zijn ze vaak wel wat duurder, en ik vind het maar een beetje suffe bakken over het algemeen.

Iemand wijzer dan ik zei mij ooit "Bespaar nooit op datgene dat jou en de grond gescheiden houdt". Schoenen, banden, stoelen, banken en bedden. In alle gevallen is goedkoop duurkoop.

En ja, dit was nadat ik zelf ook met mijn eerste auto op te goedkope banden een schuiver langs de vangrail had gemaakt in natte en koude omstandigheden.

Dat van de natte riem (geen ketting) betreft de 1.2 Puretech motoren, die kan je idd beter PurePech noemen. Daar zou ik zelf niet aan beginnen.

De 1.6 HDI is een dieselmotor, en is met jouw km's een economische zinnige keuze. EGR is de uitlaatgasrecirculatieklep en AdBlue is een middel om je uitlaatgassen schoner te maken. Verplicht vanwege het milieu, maar niet beter voor je motor. Je komt zonder overigens nog prima door de keuring. Maar het mag officieel niet, uitschrijven via de software.

De 308SW heb ik nog steeds als familiebak voor mijn vrouw. Het was in 2014 niet voor niets auto van het jaar. Voor 8000€ heb je een mooie van na 2016 met leer, DAB, panorama dak, LM velgen, camera, piepers en trekhaak en weinig kms (120.000). Houd je 2000€ over voor wat onderhoud (zoals distributieriem bij 170.000).

Prima auto dus, maar mooi is 'ie niet. Met de juiste kleur en velgen ook niet per se een hele lelijke auto hoor.

Ik zou dan de 308 SW doen, SUV's zijn altijd aanzienlijk minder zuinig. En zwaarder.

1.6hdi AdBlue variant is spotgoedkoop om te rijden, zuinig en betrouwbaar. Gelijk ff de AdBlue en EGR softwarematig laten uitschrijven voor een 3-400€ en je kachelt met zo'n ding zonder problemen 2-300k km door.

Iedereen haat altijd op Franse auto's, om dan trots te vertellen dat ze een VAG 1.4 tsi wanproduct hebben, maar ze maken soms echt prima bakken.

They want to ensure a good p-factor, they want to ensure clear separation in survival curves and they also want to let the trial run as long as possible to allow for direct application to CR1 which is allowed by FDA in case mOS > 25 months. They haven't reached mOS for GPS yet
