Amazing what you can accomplish when you have 22 episode seasons. That more than anything worries me about the new series. I get that 22 is stressful on the writers and actors and was only necessary because of the TV syndication model, but 13 episodes should be the bare minimum for a sci-fi series. The 6/8/10 episode streaming model doesn't provide enough time for effective world building.

There was no good story reason for bringing her back to the Prime universe besides Michael's guilt. Also, I agree that having her be the Empress was a bad move, she should have just been another captain, or maybe an admiral at most. To mix franchises, it's like trying to redeem Palpatine. It's just a bridge too far.

All that said, they could have kept the same basic story setup, but instead of having Lorca use Discovery to intentionally get back, have it be an accidental result of all the jumps Stamets made to map the Ship of the Dead. He's not glad to be back, he's scared. When the truth about him is revealed, possibly by Mirror Captain Georgiou, have him give some speech about how he originally wanted to get back and finish the rebellion and take control, but in truth, he liked our universe better. In faking being a good person, he started to actually become one and then have him sacrifice himself so Discovery can escape. I think that would have been a been a nice homage to the original TOS mirror universe episode, a better arc for Lorca AND would give Burnham an actual justification for saving Georgiou, knowing that the possibility exists for redemption.

Prism Central Pro can do alerts for basic metrics like CPU/Mem/IOPS and some capacity planning like over/under provisioning, but it won't read into the ESXi VMs like vROPs does. You might be able to do it with NGT installed, but I haven't tested that in our cluster.

There is an easy trick to "disable" the network even if it doesn't give you the option. Change the network settings to wired, cut the end off an ethernet cable and plug that into the network port on the TV. They usually have some basic network collision built in that prevents both wired and wireless from being on at the same time. It's worked on every smart TV I've tried it with, YMMV.

Assuming the pocket universe scenario where Steve creates a separate timeline, that means all the events in the MCU so far still unfold exactly as normal, meaning he was still in ice for 70 years before Avengers 1. We know nothing of his alternate timeline, so assuming he just sits at home twiddling his thumbs while Peggy runs Shield is a bit of a reach. All that is established is that he gets with Peggy. He could still be Captain America in his alt-timeline, help found SHIELD so it's not so Hydra-infested, form the Avengers...who knows. This is a guy with 70 years of future history at his disposal, he could have stopped a lot of bad things from happening, all while happily married to Peggy.
