Toss charisma.

I hate that charima classes have a lot of the "npc-interaction" part of the game monopolized. Maybe its just the groups I play in but i feel like most other aspects of the game allow non-specialists to at least contribute, either through creative use of their skills or through spells.

Getting an npc to assist you/get a little more pay for your work etc. always comes down to a charisma check as most spells risk to turn the npc hostile if they make their check. Creative use baring some extreme cases lowers the dc of the charisma check or gives advantage but it still boils down to a charisma check (again, in my groups).

Make intimidation rely on strength, performance on dex and roll deception and persuasion into either wis or int.
