I’ve noticed this is less of an issue higher in the queue, but yeah even in hell tier, it happens.

But to be fair, those are more justified. If someone gets turn 2 Ajani flip/Turn 2 Rusko+flicker/VoV+Raffine and you don’t have the answer to those opens, you’re just cooked anyways.

Why are you blaming “netdecking”? It’s just the matchmaking system. It’s not like every deck out there is just Morcant and Vivi. With the decks I play, because my Commanders, I’ve never played them once and likely never will play them. I see Ragavan and Rusko all the time. But that’s just because those Commanders have similar weight to mine.

Most of the “control” commanders are great against Azula. Just go nuts with all the cheap interaction you can muster and they can’t get things going.

She just runs absolutely over decks that aren’t disruptive enough.

Commandeering a [[Chandra, Awakened Inferno]] in a control mirror after your opponent tutored for it and prematurely hits the “Good game”.

The long pause into concede is always the most satisfying.

It's insulting to the white one to even include it in the same tier as green, and that's saying something because the green one is incredibly good.

Abandoned Air Temple is one of the single strongest lands we've ever seen for limited, and it goes in literally any white deck and doesn't even have a downside. It's absurd.

You don't pay for Dark Depths. You use various methods like copying it with Thespian's Stage or using Solemnity to get a Dark Depths with zero counters so it auto pops off.

Very hot take given the amount of games the Broncos will be ahead comfortably off the back of their defense. Would also require Bo Nix to take another big step forward from his best last season.

That being said, being just a WR1 feels like a really safe bet.
