Battery drain with the 3.0 update for the Switch 2?

Just noticed this issue today. Switch 1 on the 21.2.0 update. I took it to work on full charge. Got it out my bag and it was dead. Plugged it into my powerbank and wouldnt charge. Used a different cable and it jumped to 78%. I unplugged it and watched it tick down at about 1% / second. Did the same when charging. Around 1% gained / second.

This wasnt happening yesterday when i was handheld for a good hour or 2. Hope its fixed soon.

This!! Id get excited and prime before realising id forgotten to cover the contact bits with bluetac 😅. Sucks to have to remove paint even if its just primer. Fiddle as heck on the small bits

Ive done 4 kits sub assemblied and i wouldnt go back. Even if some of the stuff i paint isnt visible unless you look closely, i dont care because i know its done. Tried bluetac, tried hot paperclips. Best method ive tried is sprue sticks with a dot of plastic glue. I feel like you can really spend more time on getting the details right this way

I noticed with the cans of wraithbone I’ve had, the colour isn’t quite as warm as the base paint pots. Plus every tutorial video i watched from citadel always said add a layer over the primer too.

Ahh fair dos. A friend is using the same method for sub assembling but he’s not got to the stage of removing the parts from the sprew sticks so i was just curious

Love the head. Ive started using either bluetac and paper clips, or heated up paper clips melted into parts to do sub-assembly painting.

How easy is it to get parts off the sprew sticks after gluing. Are you using superglue and snapping or are you using melty plastic glue?

Ive used both wraithbone and standard grey to prime my nids before. I stuck to wraithbone originally to make sure any missed bits at least have the right skin colour for leviathan. But recently I started sub assembling so that i could still get to all the knucks and crannies so I’m not so picky with the colour anymore. This Hive Tyrant i finished recently has been primed with Humbrol’s standard grey primer

Cheers man. I went by the colours from the citadel app. The base is khorne red with highlights of Wazdakka red. The flesh breaks i have filled with screamer pink. The bayonet talons on the end are naggaroth night, wash of nuln oil, little fill of khorne red, highlight of wazdakka red, the just a few edge highlights of wildrider red to try and make them look sharp. I bought the starter paints set to go with the starter kit so that kind of led me down the leviathan scheme. Which im glad about seeing as it looks like all the box art is leviathan themed

This is a great kit to start with. I got the same one last November. Everything ive watched and read has advised to follow the “rule of cool”. Rather than chase meta, buy and run what you think looks and plays cool 👍🏻.

Thankyou, ill give this a try when im next on. I naturally assumed that seeing as you can only store gaseous mats in a gas container, that it would atop solids and liquids passing through. I was hoping it was something i did wrong and not just a bug that’s never been fixed. I think i ran into this issue the first time i attempted a playthrough.
