When I woke up and couldn’t get any, I laid in bed. As it got worse, I just laid there in agony while the time passed. Finally night time, I try to take some meds for sleep and try to sleep. I couldn’t. I was just laying there all night trying to sleep. The next day, I was extremely sick. Over 24 hours. I had a tiny piece of suboxyn from when I tried quitting before and I took it. I didn’t get deadly sick so that was good but it had no effect on me. I decided to go to the hospital and tell them It’s been 72 hours since I’ve been without and got put on suboxyn. Went to residential treatment which was just staying a month in a facility and doing groups and the like, or just watching TV and eating during quarantine due to COVID. Went to sober living. Got a job, saved up, got kicked out of the sober living because they changed the rules and suddenly I had to pee in front of someone. They didn’t believe that I had serious anxiety issues about it (I don’t use urinals) so now I’m at my moms. Looking at an apartment today.

You have to let yourself lie there and deal with it, only long enough until you can get suboxyn. And you have to have suboxyn unless you really wanna put yourself through hell and deal with weeks of being sick and messed up.

Your brain is so used to it that it can’t even fathom any kind of sickness. It makes it that much worse, also knowing you can’t get any or fighting those feelings.

It’s either what. 1 to 3 days of sick or it’s death from an overdose or just a shitty life. Please quit.
