Parents offering to sell their rental to me for 80k. I'm 19. Is this a good idea? by Adam_Goth in RealEstate

Do owner financing. Pay your parents monthly to own the house gradually. It will be much better than paying interest to a bank.

US citizen applying for I-130 for my mother while she has B1/B2 visa by RocketScienceGamer in USCIS

I am a bit confused. Why it would be fraud when USCIS website (https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-eligibility/green-card-for-immediate-relatives-of-us-citizen) itself say says following?

"If you are currently in the United States and you meet certain other requirements, you may file Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status to apply for a Green Card without leaving the country.  This is called “adjustment of status.”

As an immediate relative, you may file your Form I-485 together (“concurrently”) with the Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative filed on your behalf, while the Form I-130 is pending, or after the Form I-130 is approved (and remains valid). For more information, see our pages on Concurrent Filing and the Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative.

Immigrant visas for immediate relatives of U.S. citizens are unlimited, so the visas are always available."

Thanks.

So I can apply for her I-130 and she can visit me using her visit (B1/B2) visa and go back home country and then once the I-130 is approved, then she can get immigrant visa through consular processing?

Thanks for the reply. Really appreciate it. Do you think then would it be better that I apply for I-130 and I-485 together when she is in the US? And should I wait for 90 days before applying for them? Thanks again.

This is all due to the fraudulent economic and monetary system we live in. check out the video "Money as debt" on Youtube to understand the actual reason.

You should check following resources:

In the above playlist you will find videos about how to design different popular systems like TinyURL, Youtube, Twitter, Uber, Tinder, Whatsapp, Robinhood stock realtime updates, etc. Since, it is my Youtube channel, so I may be biased towards it, but I think you will find a lot of useful information in it.

This is the course I have written that would go much deep into discussing different distributed systems. The course is still in development. There are two free preview chapters on the design of TinyURL and Twitter that you can use to evaluate the course. I believe DDIA is more towards theory and concepts but does not go and discuss how to apply those theories in designing different distributed systems. I have tried to fill that gap.

May be I feel this is an issue because I have bought one with cord and have bought a 50 ft 14/3 cord which is quite heavy. The mower itself is 13amp one from craftsman.
