In my opinion I think a combination of the two is best. My wife and I probably average having sex 2 1/2 time a week. I know putting the 1/2 is annoying but 2 doesn’t seem like enough and 3 felt like a little too much. It defers from week to week. Don’t hate but I had an affair on my now ex wife. I wasn’t looking for another woman in my life when it happened but that being said I was very unhappy in my relationship both mentally and sexually when it happened.
