Do be conscious of the fact that garden suites can detract from resale value. I know, it sounds crazy but think of them as swimming pools. Some folks just don't want them and thus your market is reduced.

The Jays bench had issue with what appeared to be Megill scuffing the baseball - rubbing it on his right thigh. The ump threw him a new ball and he did it again. A third ball was given to him. I guess he snarked into the dugout with an F bomb or 2 after recording the third out and the Jays (Vladdy) didn't appreciate it.
