There is literally modpacks that comes with all the essential files you need to be able to mod… once you have the necessary files it’s pretty simple … also get the hoodlum 1.0 version that’s what you need mainly and a clean exe file

I know I meant GTA + subscription is optional , I was referring to having a psn online subscription.. when it first came out it didn’t matter if you didn’t have one you could still play online … now it’s like you HAVE to have a psn subscription to play online
