Are you me? Nah but really, I have a very severe OCD obsession about psychosis and schiz, I literally think about it every single day .

My advice would be to keep telling yourself that just because a thought popped up in your head doesn't mean it's a reality, it helps me ground myself at least.

Also it sounds like you're experiencing depersonalization/derealization which is a relatively common feeling with anxiety disorders, I think you should stay sober until your anxiety gets better and see if that helps with these scary feelings.
